Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Ewe’n Ram Fiber and Lamb. We take care in preparing and shipping every order from our small Michigan farm. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, package, and deliver natural wool yarn, sheepskins, and natural fertilizer alternatives.
Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Most items ship within 3 to 5 business days. During busy seasons or farm events, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We ship most products through USPS or UPS. Shipping methods are selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Tracking information is provided whenever available.
Shipping for Wool Yarn, Sheepskins, and Wool Pellets
These items ship year round. We package each order carefully to protect the natural fibers and materials during transit. Sheepskins may require larger boxes due to their size and shape.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, packaging, and destination. Large or heavy items, such as sheepskins or bulk wool pellets, may have higher shipping rates.
Local Pickup
Local customers may request farm pickup when available. Pickup instructions will be provided after your order is confirmed.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
